Wash carrots and place on the bottom of crockpot.
Put London Broil on top of carrots.
Pour brown gravy& Vidalia onions over it.
Set crockpot temp to low.
Cook for 5-6 hours.
Wonderfully easy.
Great taste.
A cleaning tip: when you are ready for clean up, rinse out the crock, put dish detergent and water in the crock and set the temp on low for about 15-20 minutes.
Makes washing a breeze!
Place lunch meats in freezer until frozen solid.
Take frozen meats and place on BBQ or Smoker as far away from heat source as possible.
When the meat has fully defrosted it is ready to remove from smoker.
Place meat in heavy ziplock bag or tupperware type container.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In 3 quart dutch oven, or any heavy bottom stove to oven proof pan with lid, brown beef in EVOO (you may have to do in batches), remove beef from pan leaving approx one T. oil remaining in pan - add more EVOO if needed.
Add onions scraping brown bits off the bottom - approximately 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and garlic.
Saute onion, mushrooms, and garlic for additional 2 minutes.
Add red wine, soup, 1/2 soup can of water, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.

Arrange all ingredients in the shape of a rainbow.
We chose:
Red - Lunch Meat.
Orange - Carrots.
Yellow - Cheese.
Green - Grapes.
Blue - M&M's.

I sent all my ingredients with my daughter to school so she could arrange them herself.

peel and slice potatoes. arrange in layers in casserole dish. chop onion and bacon and layer on top. pour in cream and bake on 190 degrees for about 1 hour. place shredded tasty cheese on top about ten minutes before removing from oven.
you can change the taste dramatically if using garlic instead of bacon and onion. or just make it on its own. Either way this is great with steak and salad or veges.
I make a baking dish full for my family of five and there is no leftovers.
Cut 4 (1-1/2-inch) circles out of your choice of lunch meat (use small glass if you don't have a cutter that is that small and cut around it), then cut 4 (1-1/4-inch) stars out of your choice of cheese.
Top each cracker with 1 lunch meat circle and 1 cheese star or place in container and ship off in lunch box.
Stack cheese and lunch meat, alternating each layer.
Trim around edges to make square.
Place toothpicks through all slices, about 3/4-inch apart.
Slice between toothpicks.
In saucepan, combine zucchini with onion flakes and seasonings.
