A quick and easy recipe for when you are in a hurry.
Cut bacon into small pieces and chicken into about 1-inch cubes.
Add garlic and oil into hot skillet; cook until chicken is done.
Remove from skillet.
Reheat pan and add wine so that it picks up flavors from skillet.

Mix preserves and soy sauce in small bowl until well blended.
Drizzle over chicken. Bake 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.

Place red pepper flakes and garlic into a frying pan and add meat. I don't add any oil for beef, because it produces enough grease, but for chicken, I add one tablespoon cooking oil. Cook over medium high until meat is fully cooked.
Drain grease from meat.
Mix beef stock and hot water and mix until the stock is disolved. Add to meat. Add all other ingredients, stir well, and allow to simmer down until the sauce is thick enough to serve with tacos.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together HP Sauce, wine, oil, worcestershire sauce and garlic.
Place chicken in a dish, pour marinade over, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
After marinating is done, drain off marinade and grill or broil chicken until done.
If desired, place marinade in a small pot, bring to a boil, let boil for 2 minutes, then use as a basting sauce for chicken (do not use straight from the fridge as there is a danger of bacteria; boil first).
