Combine stir-fry sauce, sherry and cornstarch; set aside.
Stir-fry pork, onion and garlic together in hot wok or large skillet over high heat until pork is no longer pink; drain excess fat. Add stir-fry sauce mixture; cook, stirring, until pork is evenly coated with sauce. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro and sesame oil. To serve, place desired amount of meat mixture in lettuce leaf and wrap to enclose.
Add vegetables to food processor until roughly diced. Add to skillet with sesame oil and saute until tender. Add pork and cook through, adding soy sauce as it cooks. Serve with lettuce, rice and dipping sauce. If you have extra meat filling leftover, it freezes very well.

Blanch the lettuce leaves for 10 seconds in
large serving bowl, combine lettuce, chicken and avocado. Top with
little butter. Place 2 lettuce leaves on bottom of each

Cut chicken into 1/2 inch slices.
Combine lettuce, croutons, tomatoes, cheese, dressing and chicken.
Toss to coat.
Heat oven to 400.
Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
Layer Bacon and Cheese into pie plate.
In medium bowl stir Bisquick mix, 1/3 cup of Mayo, the milk, pepper and eggss with whisk until blended.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Before serving spread 2 TBSP mayo over top of pie.
Sprinkle Shredeed lettuce over this layer.
Top with the sliced tomatoes.
Slice and serve.

In a skillet, cook the beef with onions and garlic over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Add water and taco seasoning, simmer for about 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and milk; spread on a serving platter or pizza pan.
Top with the meat mixture.
Sprinkle with chilies, tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
Drizzle with barbecue sauce.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Serve with large size corn chips.
Brown beef in skillet. Drain fat.
Add salsa, mayo, chili powder (or taco seasoning) to beef mixture.
In an ungreased casserole dish, layer half of the meat mixture, then half of the chips and half of the cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Top with lettuce, tomato and olives.
Mix the onion, ground beef, egg, paprika, cream cheese and 2/3 of the diced peppers. Season to taste and form the mixture into 4 flat patties. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and fry the patties over a medium heat for about 12 minutes, turning as necessary. Remove them from the pan and let them cool slightly.
Spread the lower half of the bread rolls with mayonnaise, followed by layers of lettuce, and tomatoes and a patty. Sprinkle with paprika and chives and top with the upper half of the bun.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Stir seasoning mix and water into the ground beef.
Remove half of the meat mixture; set aside. In a small baking dish place the other half of the meat mixture on bottom then place eight tortilla quarters on top of meat mixture. Top with reserved meat mixture and remaining eight tortilla quarters. Top with salsa and cheese.
Place in oven for 15 minutes. Top with lettuce, green onions and sour cream just before serving.
