In large saucepan, mix chili seasoning and tomato paste.
Add ground beef and beans.
Stir well.
Add water to desired thickness.
Cook on medium heat until simmers.
Lower heat and simmer 1 hour or until desired flavor.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the beef and onion and saute until meat is browned and onion is tender. Add the stewed tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, beans and water.
Season with the chili powder, garlic powder, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Pour chili into greased 8-inch square baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients in order listed.

Cook hot dogs according to package. I make mine in the microwave when cooking this recipe but it is more time consuming this one because I make one at a time.

Warm wraps in microwave according to package directions.
Place one hot dog, chili and cheddar cheese (as much as you like - we like a lot of both) in a wrap. Add onions if desired. Serve.

Cook ground meat in a large Dutch oven type pot over medium heat, breaking meat apart during cooking.
Drain off any accumulated grease or fat.
