Heat the Chili till hot.
place a handful of Frito's in bowl, cover with Chili about two tablespoons, small handful of cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, and onion, add a spoonful of sour cream.
serve and enjoy.
Cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan with a layer of Fritoes; sprinkle with onion, then cheese.
Pour heated chili on top of that.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top of chili. (need at least 3 layers).
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted. Omit cheese soup if a drier casserole is preferred. (can use a deep baking dish instead of pan for more layers).

Layer the ingredients in casserole dish: corn chips on bottom, mustard, chili and chopped onions.
Top with cheese. Heat thoroughly 15 to 20 minutes in oven or in microwave oven until cheese melts.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a dutch oven or large pot.
Cook until beef and sausage are browned and drain excess grease.
Turn heat to medium and add remaining ingredients.

To Serve:
Pour a layer of Fritos onto a plate or into a bowl.

Transfer to a slow cooker to keep warm during serving. Just before you are ready to serve the dip, add cubes of sharp Cheddar cheese.
Stir just enough to mix in but not thoroughly melt.
This is great to dip with chips, use for Frito chili pie or serve on hot dogs.

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 4 to 6.
Layer 2 1/2 cups of corn chips, onion, 1/2 cup of cheese and chili in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with remaining corn chips. Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Top with remaining corn chips.

Top with remaining cheese and continue baking 5 minutes. Garnish with sour cream and ripe olives (optional).

Make 2 crust pie recipe. Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
