Pour off drippings and add onion, garlic, dill weed, caraway seed, paprika and water.
Cover loosely and cook slowly for 2 hours until meat is tender.
Stir in sour cream and heat through, but do not boil.
Heat sauerkraut in a saucepan, drain and place on platter.
Serve meat mixture over sauerkraut. Sprinkle with paprika.
