When all is melted and smooth add chow mein noodles and pecans.
Drop onto wax paper using two teaspoons and let set.
Then put into air tight container.
Freezes good as well.

When finished you can sprinkle chow mein noodles on top if you like.

Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and return to oven for 30 minutes more.

In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute the ground beef for 5 minutes. Add the onion and celery and saute for 5 more minutes.
In a separate medium bowl, combine the almonds, rice, soup, water and soy sauce. Mix together well and add to the beef mixture. Place this into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with chow mein noodles.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes.

Quickly stir in chow mein noodles and chopped nuts until evenly coated.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Chill.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Makes about 36 cookies.

Cook chicken in 2 tablespoons butter until tender in skillet or wok.
Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, mushrooms, season packet from noodles until tender.
Boil noodles until tender, drain.
Add to chicken mixture.
Add soy sauce to taste.
Chow mein is now done.
