Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces
2 (3 oz.) cans chow mein noodles
1/2 c. chopped peanuts or cashews
Preparation

Melt semi-sweet and butterscotch pieces together in top of double boiler over hot water.
Remove from heat.
Quickly stir in chow mein noodles and chopped nuts until evenly coated.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Chill.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Makes about 36 cookies.
(Flavor is enhanced by storing overnight.)
