In a frying pan fry up beef, onions and mushrooms until beef is golden brown.

Cover bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole with 1 cup corn chips.
Pour in meat mixture and top with remaining corn chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.

Let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
