Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Rinse the beans in a colander.
Pour beans into the crock pot and cover with water. Allow the beans to soak a few hours or overnight. Note: If you are short on time the beans do not have to be soaked but I think that it helps with the cooking.

In a food processor combine oil and garlic pulse until garlic is minced.
let sit for at least 15 minutes allowing the oil to take on the flavor of the garlic.

You can serve with more cool whip on top if you like. This recipe works well with ultra low fat cool whip and low fat cream cheese.

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F.
In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken and barbecue sauce. Make sure all chicken gets covered in sauce!
Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread chicken mixture over crust.
Arrange tomato slice on top of chicken. Sprinkle entire pizza with cheese.
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
Sprinkle with cilantro.

peel and slice potatoes. arrange in layers in casserole dish. chop onion and bacon and layer on top. pour in cream and bake on 190 degrees for about 1 hour. place shredded tasty cheese on top about ten minutes before removing from oven.
you can change the taste dramatically if using garlic instead of bacon and onion. or just make it on its own. Either way this is great with steak and salad or veges.
