Easy Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. cocoa (for light chocolate) or 3/4 c. (for dark chocolate)
2 2/3 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Cream butter.
Add cocoa and sugar alternately with milk (may need to add more if too thick).
Blend in vanilla.
Makes 2 cups. Very easy and tasty.
