Cut out centers of Cookbook Brown 'N Serve rolls.
Fill with mixture of chicken or tuna salad.
Place in hot oven at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
Serve with punch.
Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
In a bowl, combine onions with egg, sour cream, and pepper. Mix well; set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Cut in 1/4 cup butter until crumbly and fine. Stir in half the cheese. Add milk to make a soft dough. Pat into a 9\" pan.
Spread sour cream mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve warm.
Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased loaf pan. Do not overmix.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Slowly add egg yolks to egg whites, one at a time.
Then add sugar and vanilla.
Add baking powder to flour and gradually add to the other ingredients and mix well.
Pour half the batter into each 9-inch square or round baking pan, both of which have been lined with wax paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes .
Remove from pan, cool on rack. Remove wax paper (it peels off easily).
In a large pan, gently heat the oil, add the garlic and onions. Saute for a few minutes.
Then add the carrots and celery, potatoes, both kinds of tomatoes, pepper, oregano and basil; cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until the carrots and potatoes are just tender. (NOTE: Mine took about an hour).
Then add mushrooms and peas and allow the stew to cook for 5 minutes more.
Put all ingredients except oil in a large bowl and mix well.
Shape into about 12 cakes.
*note-use an ice cream scoop to make cakes, and then flatten.
Use a nonstick pan to fry them in oil on medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 3 to 5 minutes on both sides.

Roll one-half the pastry on floured surface into circle 1-inch larger than inverted pie pan.
Ease pastry into pan.
Combine cornstarch, Equal for Recipes, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; sprinkle over apples in large bowl and toss.
Arrange apples in pie crust. Roll remaining pastry into circle large enough to fit top of pie. Place on top of pie; seal edges, trim and flute.
Slash top crust in pattern of your choice.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven until pastry is golden and apples are tender (40 to 50 minutes).
Cool on wire rack.
Place chicken breasts on baking sheet with sides (to catch the grease), skin side up.
