Combine chili powder, garlic powder, celery seed and pepper; rub evenly over meat. Place meat in a 3 1/2-5 quart crock pot.
For sauce, combine catsup, chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and dry mustard. Pour over brisket.
Cover; cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours. Remove meat from cooker. Cut the brisket into thin slices across the grain. Skim fat off juices in cooker; serve juices with meat.
Combine all ingredients except cheese and rolls in a crock-pot.
Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 10 hours (on high for 2 to 3 hours).
Add cheese just before serving and allow to melt slightly.
Serve each frankfurter in a roll and spoon sauce over top.
Makes 6 to 8 servings (about 2 quarts).
Place chicken in crock pot and add all crock pot ingredients.( I make sure the
Peel outer casing off of the sausages.
Cook sausage, celery, jalapeno, chilies, and garlic.
Place meat mixture into a large crock pot.
Add all other ingredients except flour.
Cook on high in crock pot for four hours.
Add sifted flour. Cook on low for another hour.
Serve with favorite garnish.

Combine the first five ingredients and rub over brisket.
Cut into eight pieces and place in crock pot.
Combine the green pepper, onion, chili sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard and pour over meat.
Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove meat and cool slightly.
Skim fat from cooking juices.
Shred meat with two forks and return to slow cooker.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir in the beans.
Cover and cook for 1 hour or until heated through.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
(I use more pepper than salt, but that's my preference).
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Add the garlic and rice.
Add the lemon juice to the water and stir.
Pour this mixture over the rice and chicken.
Stir once to coat.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and set on low for 8 hours.
In the crock pot, combine chili with beans, tomato paste, green pepper, onion, mustard, salt, and chili powder.
Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
In large saucepan, drop frankfurters into boiling water; simmer several minutes.
Toast buns.
Serve frankfurter on each bun.
Spoon chili mixture onto frankfurters.
In a skillet, brown ground beef, garlic and onion.
Drain, and put in crock pot.
Add beans, tomatoes, spices and cocoa powder.
Cook in crock pot on low for 4-5 hours.
Serve with cornbread if desired.
Cook meat in crock-pot.
When almost done, combine all ingredients and cook in saucepan.
Combine sauce with meat in crock-pot; cook for 30 minutes.
Place all in the crock pot in the order listed.
Gently stir everything together.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for about 4 -5 hours.
When done, mix again very well.
Serve topped with sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, etc.
Brown hamburger meat and onion. Drain.
Mix hamburger and all other ingredients in a large crock pot. Cook for 45 minutes on high. This is good for a meal with creamed potatoes and bread.
Saute chicken, pepper, onion and garlic in pineapple juice.
Mix everything in crock-pot and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
