Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Combine the condensed milk, peanut butter and cornflakes in large bowl.
Drop level tablespoons of the mixture, 2 inches apart on the trays.
Bake the cookies for about 12 mins, then allow to cool on the trays. Drizzle the cookies with chocolate and leave to stand at room temperature until the chocolate sets.
Mix peanut butter and honey with wooden spoon.
Add dry milk, sesame seed and wheat germ; stir in.
Crumble cornflakes in a bag. Shape dough around a raisin, chocolate candy or anything you want, then toss in bag and shake so cornflakes cover.
Put in refrigerator after done.
Grease an 8x12 inch rimmed baking pan. Line base and long sides with parchment paper, extending paper 2 inches over sides.
