Cream butter with sugar.
Beat in yolk of eggs, one at a time. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and spices. Beat into creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Beat whites of eggs until stiff; fold in.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown and drain sausage and set aside.
Add eggs, mustard, milk and salt.
Beat one minute on medium.
Stir in cheese, bread and sausage.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan, ungreased. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled.
Beat eggs, add milk and grated cheese.
Pour into sprayed or buttered pan (I use a disposal 1/2 sheet or 9x13 pan).
Bake 350 for approx 45 mins to 1 hr til golden brown.

Place bread in buttered (greased) 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add cheese on top.

Pour over bread and cheese.

Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
