My Family'S Christmas Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage (regular or hot), browned, drained and set aside
2 1/4 c. milk
10 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 slices (about 2 c.) cubed bread
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown and drain sausage and set aside.
Add eggs, mustard, milk and salt.
Beat one minute on medium.
Stir in cheese, bread and sausage.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan, ungreased. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled.
