Gradually add cream cheese sauce to eggs; stir in onion, ham, pimento and seasonings.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
Take care not to overbake.
The center will be slightly soft when the quiche is done.
Makes 8 servings.
Drain juice from pineapple and oranges and add water to make 3 cups liquid.
Stir into puddings and cook 3 to 5 minutes until clear and thickened.
Add pineapple chunks, oranges and bananas while still hot.
Stir in cherries (well drained).
Chill overnight (the bananas stay white and firm).
Very festive if served in glass or crystal bowl.

Tie tag to package.
These can be made from any size Christmas card.

CHRISTMAS PUDDING:
Mix all ingredients for the Christmas Pudding together well.
Put into 1-pound coffee cans or other cans that have been greased.
Put a piece of foil over the top securely.
Set cans in water and steam for 3 hours, watching that the water does not boil away.
Serve with Sherry Sauce on top of each piece.
SHERRY SAUCE:
Beat eggs well.
Put sugar and butter in a bowl and work with fingers.
Add the beaten eggs and then beat again with mixer.
Add the sherry and mix well.
Place bread evenly into a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Set aside. Stir garlic powder into quiche filling. Pour over bread. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top with pepper rings and bake 5 additional minutes. Let casserole stand 5 minutes before serving.
