Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F with rack in middle.
Salt, pepper and flour chicken as for frying and place in a greased oblong pan or dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, then add either the mushroom sauce, celery soup or water.
Add enough water to mix well.
Place back in oven, reduce heat, cover and bake for 45 minutes, until done and tender.
Pan-fry chicken real fast. Remove. Add soup and water. Bake in oven 2 hours, covered, at 350\u00b0.
Dip chicken in batter of yogurt, egg, oil and thyme.
Fully cover all sides.
Dip chicken in bread crumbs (all sides).
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours or until browned.
Tastes like fried chicken.

Simmer on low for 40 minutes. Add wine during last 10 minutes of cooking.
Serve on rice (I use wild brown rice blend but jasmine is great too!)

Season chicken with 1/4 tsp each
Pre heat oven to 375.
Wash and clean chicken inside and out
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and cinnamon in a medium bowl

Wash chicken, pat dry and set aside.
In bowl beat half and half with egg.
In another bowl combine bread crumbs, potato flakes, garlic salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in bread crumb mixture.
Sprinkle with butter and oil.
Bake at 400\u00b0F for 35 minutes.
Increase heat to 450\u00b0F and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Mix together all ingredients and add to chicken. Place in a 2-3 inch high roasting pan
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350.
Place roasting pan in oven with cover on for 1 hour.
Remove cover and baste for 45 minutes (every 15 minutes)
Done!

Pull skin off chicken if desired.
Cut each thigh in half then de-bone.
Heat oil on medium in frying pan.
Once oil is hot add chicken and cook for 5 minutes each side.
Melt Butter or Margarine in small pot.
Add Hot Sauce, Water, Vinegar, and Pepper bring to boil.
Put Chicken in baking dish, Spray dish with non-stick or line with foil.
Pour sauce on top or chicken.
Bake for 25 minutes.
