When all is brown, add glass of water.
Let cook in oven until it makes its own gravy.
May have to add more water or use milk instead of water.
Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Pour over chicken or steak. Marinate at least 20 minutes.
Meat can then be grilled or broiled.
Mix ingredients well in crock pot. Add chicken or steak. Start on high heat then turn down to low and let simmer for 2 or 3 hours. Do not salt.
