Chicken Fried Steak & Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds tenderized round steak (or cube steak)
    2 eggs (slightly beaten)
    1/3 cup milk
    1 cup flour (add more to plate if needed)
    1/3 cup cooking oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet (electric works best).
    Mix beaten eggs with in shallow bowl.
    Put flour on flat plate.
    Salt and pepper steaks.
    Dip each steak in flour, then egg mixture, then back into flour to coat.
    Place in skillet and cook for approximately 8 - 10 minutes.
    Turn when browned on each side, cook to golden brown.
    Remove steaks from skillet to plate covered with paper towel to drain.
