Chicken Or Steak Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, minced (garlic powder may be substituted)
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. saki or white wine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard
    3 to 4 lb. chicken or steak
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Pour over chicken or steak. Marinate at least 20 minutes.
    Meat can then be grilled or broiled.
