Mix dressing mix, oil and dill weed well and pour over crackers.
Stir often until dry.

Ranch Snack Mix

Pour the bugles, pretzels, cereal, crackers, and fritos into a paper grocery sack and mix a little.
In a small bowl, mix the oil, dressing mix, lemon pepper, and dill with a whisk until well blended.
Pour over the snack mix in the paper sack, roll the bag down, and shake well.
Spread snack mix out (on foil or parchment paper or in baking sheets) and let dry for a bit.

Honey Snack Mix

Heat oven to 300 degrees.
In large bowl combine cereal, pretzels, and pecans.
In microwave melt butter and combine with honey.
Pour honey mixture over cereal mixture; stir until well coated.
Spread onto 15x10-inch jelly roll pan and bake for 10 minutes; stir.
Continue baking for 15 minutes or until cereal is glazed and honey mixture is absorbed.
Immediately place snack mix on waxed paper; cool.
Store in tightly covered container.

Emily'S Chex Snack Mix

Melt butter in a small saucepan and add garlic powder, seasoned salt and worcestershire sauce. Just to warm heat only.
Using a large roasting pan with tall sides, pour in pretzels, cereals, crackers, cheerios and mix well.
Drizzle butter mixture over all. Using a large spoon mix well to coat.
Heat in a 250 degree oven for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
Add cashews and peanuts. Store in air tight container.

Spicy Snack Mix

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
In a small bowl, blend oleo and seasoning mix.
In a large roasting pan, mix remaining ingredients.
Pour oleo mixture over snacks; stir until well coated.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
Yields about 15 cups snack mix.

Snack Mix(Big Batch)

Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
Melt butter in shallow pan.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Pour over snack mix and stir to coat well.
Heat approximately 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. If desired, place on absorbent toweling before storing in tins.

"Sweet" Chex Snack Mix

In a large bowl, mix cereal, nuts and coconut; set aside.
Over medium heat in a saucepan, mix sugar, Karo and butter; boil 3 minutes.
Pour over cereal and stir until well coated.
Spread over wax paper to dry and cool.
Store in an airtight container.

Puppy Chow Snack

Melt together butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips.
Pour over a box of Crispix snack mix; mix well.
Put confectioners sugar in large plastic bag.
Add Crispix mix; shake until coated.

Pop Mix

Place packaged popcorn in the microwave; cook on high until popping begins to slow down, about 2 1/2 minutes. Mix in Parmesan cheese. Drizzle melted butter over popcorn. Mix in savory snack mix and salt.

In a large bowl, combine corn chips and nuts.

Pour over corn chips mixture.

Cool completely.

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in next 3 ingredients. In a large bowl, mix together peanuts, crackers and pretzels. Pour butter mixture over peanut mixture. Toss until well coated.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to paper towels to cool completely. Store in airtight container. Yields about 6 cups snack mix.

Joel'S Cereal Snack Mix

Mix cereal, peanuts, and pretzels in 3-4 9x13' pans.
Boil first three ingredients (butter, sugar, syrup) for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool 2 minutes.
Pour over cereal, peanuts, and pretzels.
Stir Well.
Bake at 350 F for 16 minutes stirring every 4 minutes.
Spread on Wax paper and break apart when cool.
Add M&M's to cooled mixture.

Almond Snack Mix

Place cereal and almonds in a bowl.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup and butter.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until a candy thermometer reads 250\u00b0 to 266\u00b0 (hard-ball stage).
Remove from the heat and stir in extract.
Pour over cereal mixture and mix well.
Spread onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets and cool.
Break apart.
Store in an airtight container.
