"Sweet" Chex Snack Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

15 oz. box Rice Chex cereal
2 c. mixed nuts
small bag coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Karo (white)
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix cereal, nuts and coconut; set aside.
Over medium heat in a saucepan, mix sugar, Karo and butter; boil 3 minutes.
Pour over cereal and stir until well coated.
Spread over wax paper to dry and cool.
Store in an airtight container.
