Turn and grill another 3 minutes.

Put crabmeat in mixing bowl. Add beaten egg. Mix lightly. Add remaining ingredients in order listed. Form the crab cake mixture into the desired size. Fry in skillet with vegetable oil on medium to high heat (about 1/2-inch of oil in bottom of skillet). Fry on one side until golden brown and turn over on other side to get the same. Add crumbled crab cake into melted margarine and warm through.
Then add remaining margarine and melt,add beaten eggs at this time.
Sprinkle with pepper and 2 Tablespoons of cheese, if using.
Scramble eggs until desired doneness is reached.
Place eggs on a plate and top with the remaining cheese.
Melt butter, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice in a saucepan.
Spray sides and bottom of a cake pan.
Pour brown sugar mixture into it.
Arrange pineapple rings and cherries on top.
Prepare cake mix according to directions on package, or make your favorite cake recipe and pour over mixture in cake pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand to cool a few minutes, then invert onto a plate.
