Chesapeake Bay Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. backfin blue crab meat
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing (fat-free works great)
    2 tsp. chopped pimiento (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 drops Tabasco
    2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning or to taste
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove any shell or cartilage from crab meat.
    Combine mayonnaise, pimiento, salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and Old Bay seasoning.
    Pour over crab meat and mix lightly.
