In a rocks glass, gently muddle the cherries to release some of their juices. Fill the glass with ice, add the bourbon and Cherry Heering and stir well. Top with club soda, stir again and serve.
Pour the gin, cherry heering, kirsch, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Gently stir in the soda. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lime.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with 2 lemon slices, 3 cherries and the Simple Syrup. Add the ice, bourbon, Cherry Heering, tea and lemon juice. Shake well and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with the mint sprig and remaining lemon slice and cherry.
Put ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour in whiskey, Cherry Heering, and kirschwasser. Then spoon in the mezcal and add a couple dashes of bitters. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cherries.

Bring cherries, cherry liqueur and 2 tablespoons water
sugar or honey, and the cherry liqueur or wine. Reheat and

Horseradish Mezcal:
Infuse 1 liter of Vida Mezcal with 50 grams of sliced horseradish for 2 days, then strain.
Directions:
Heat ingredients (except Ginger Beer) with portable water heater or microwave, then pour into hot toddy glass and top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with baby's breath dipped in brandied cherry syrup, dehydrated lime wheel, and clove-studded orange peel.
Drain the cherries from the jar, reserving the juice. Combine 1 Tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch with 1/4 c. of the cherry juice.
Shake ingredients and strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.

Cherry Pie Filling:
In
Place the Cherry Preserves in a sauce pan

Combine all ingredients in a medium size pot. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes or until sticky and thickened.
Allow to cool, slightly. You can use them this way or break them down further in your food processor or with an immersion blender.
Great in place of barbecue sauce, pizza sauce, and pasta sauce. Fantastic with cream cheese on crackers.
Serving size depends on your chosen use. I've counted it as if using as tomato sauce on a pizza. This recipe makes enough for 2 medium pizzas.
