Cherries Jubilee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. dark pitted cherries
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. red currant jelly
Rind and juice of 1 orange
1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier, Cherry Heering or cherry brandy
1 Tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch
1/4 c. brandy
Preparation

Drain the cherries from the jar, reserving the juice. Combine 1 Tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch with 1/4 c. of the cherry juice.
