This recipe is so simple and easy
Wash boneless ribs and place in Pyrex baking dish.
Pour barbecue sauce over ribs.
Cover with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour or until tender.
Arrange pork in two oven-proof 9x13 dishes. Add red potatoes in between the ribs. Salt and pepper all to taste.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and spoon over the meat/potatoes.
Cover with foil or plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Flip meat, salt and pepper lightly, recover and marinate for 2 more hours.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove cover from pans and cook for 40-45 minutes or until 165 degrees internal temperature is reached. Potatoes will be tender.
Pour can of beef broth into slow cooker, and add boneless pork ribs. Cook on High heat for 4 hours, or until meat shreds easily. Remove meat, and shred with two forks. It will seem that it's not working right away, but it will.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Transfer the shredded pork to a Dutch oven or iron skillet, and stir in barbeque sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Place pork ribs in the bottom of slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 3 hours.
Drain and discard liquid.
In a small skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
Remove, allow to cool. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
To serve. Thaw. Heat. Serve over rice.
Brown the pork in a lightly sprayed skillet on all sides (apprx 7 minutes).
Place the ribs in an oven proof pan and scatter the onions all around them.
Pour in the beer and seal with a lid or tin foil.
Bake at 375F until the pork is tender 1 1/2- 2 hours.
Pour out the beer.
Slather the pork with the BBQ sauce and bake uncovered for 1 more hour or until the meat is brown and the sauce is thick.
