Hot Mocha & Banana Smoothie

Place milk and banana in a large measuring cup. Using an immersion blender, process until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan with Ovaltine and coffee.
Stir on low heat until just below boiling point. Dust with additional Ovaltine, to serve.

Put 1/2 cup orange juice in blender.
Add strawberries and banana.
Blend until smooth, adding up to 1/2 cup additional orange juice if necessary to obtain desired consistency (I prefer to use 1 full cup orange juice).
Serve.
Makes enough for 1 large smoothie or 2 small smoothies.

Bubble Lychee Banana Smoothie

Cook tapioca pearls according to instructions on package.
(usually 2 parts water to one part of pearls; about 6 minutes for 1/3 cup large pearls).
After draining pearls, sprinkle them with the teaspoon sugar and brown sugar.
Set tapioca pearls aside.
Blend together lychee, banana, tofu, ice cubs, milk, yogurt, and sugar.
Put pearls in bottom of a cup.
Pour smoothie mixture over pearls.
Drink immediately with jumbo straw or spoon!
