In a pitcher, combine egg, corn oil and club soda; mix well.
Stir in Bisquick.
Pour batter into heated waffle iron and cook according to appliance directions.

To prepare the waffles, cook bacon and butter in
edium bowl, mix to combine bisquick, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder
Prepare waffle mix as directed on package. Drop batter from a tablespoon onto a greased, heated waffle iron for small round waffles.

Stir together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add Club soda, stirring until batter is blended. Use immediately or will go flat. Ladle onto a preheated waffle iron. The batter doesn't store well so make only as much as you will use at one time or make extra waffles and freeze for later use.

Stir coffee cake batter ingredients until blended.
Spread in pan.
