Waffles A La Russe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe waffle mix
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) jar caviar
Preparation
    Prepare waffle mix as directed on package. Drop batter from a tablespoon onto a greased, heated waffle iron for small round waffles.
    Be careful not to let waffles touch.
    When done, put aside.
    Just before serving, reheat in 350\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes. Top each with sour cream and caviar.
    Makes about 2 small waffles.
