Split peppers; clean out all seeds.
Fill the 2 halves with softened cream cheese and freeze.
When frozen, dip in batter and deep fry.
These are delicious!
Use any batter recipe or buy a prepackaged mix.
Beat until smooth.
Dip each onion ring in batter, letting excess drip in bowl.
Deep fat fry until brown.
Coat onions in batter.
Drop rings in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Wash chicken and pat dry. Pound chicken to tenderize.
Put onion rings in bowl and crush. Add Parmesan cheese and salt.
In a separate bowl, put beaten egg and milk. Dip chicken pieces in egg, then in onion ring mixture.
Place chicken in baking dish. Pour melted margarine over all pieces and top with any remaining onion ring mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
To make batter, blend flour, salt, pepper in

Cover tightly; let stand for at least 4 hours.
It won't hurt to leave it all day. Peel onions; slice crosswise in 3/8-inch slices.
Drain.
Heat oil for frying.
Dip drained onion ring in batter and fry until golden brown.

Mix cornmeal, eggs, soda, jalapeno peppers, milk, salt, salad oil and bell peppers together.
Pour half of mixture into a large greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cook ground meat until all pink is gone and drain.
Mix cream-style corn, onion and grated Velveeta cheese.
Mix well.
Pour over the 1/2 mixture in pan.
Pour remainder of batter over this and bake at 375\u00b0 until done, about 30 minutes.
Sift flour and salt.
Beat egg until lemon colored.
Add milk; beat until smooth.
Dip a few onion rings at a time into the batter so that each ring is completely covered.
Drop the rings, a few at a time, into hot shortening.
Beat all ingredients together, adding enough water to make a medium thick batter.
Cut onions in rings 1/4-inch thick.
Dip each ring in batter and fry in hot oil.
Also good for fish.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Slice the onions width wise and then break them apart into rings.
Put the flour in 1 bowl, the egg whites into a second, and into the third put the bread crumbs and all the spices (all the rest of the ingredients).
Dip each onion ring into the flour, then the egg whites, and then the bread crumbs.
Place them on the baking sheet and then repeat with the next ring.
Bake them all for about 20 minutes or until crispy.

Immediately place dipped rings into frying oil.
Cook until golden brown. You may need to flip the onion ring if your oil isn't very deep.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Beat in egg, then add buttermilk until batter is proper consistency.
Slice onions thick and dip in batter.
Fry in peanut oil until light brown.
Stir flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl; drop egg yolk in center.
Add water and oil.
Mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into flour mixture.
Dip onion rings into batter and fry in hot oil until brown.
This batter is good on shrimp or mushrooms, also.
Lightly sautee chopped red onion in butter. Let cool.
Mix cooled red onion with cranberry sauce. Best when made ahead for the flavors to meld and blend.
