Blend corn, onion and jalapenos only lightly.

If it doesn't, add more meal and be sure to stir well.
After mixing, drop each hush puppy from a teaspoon into the hot peanut oil and fry until as brown as desired.
Don't make them too big so they will cook better.
Recipe makes a lot, but they can be reheated. Also, they freeze very well.
