Stuffing:
Preheat oven to 350
You may use your own stuffing recipe or use Stove Top Stuffing.
I usually add 6 or 8 slices of bread to 1 box of Stove Top.
Mix in a separate bowl; set aside.
In a stockpot over low heat, melt butter.
Saute onions, carrots and celery until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, turkey and parsley. Add stock and stuffing.
Bring soup to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, partially covered for 45-60 minutes
Place hot noodles in a large deep bowl; cover with soup.

Thaw turkey breast in refrigerator.
Wash and dry well.
Rub outside well with salt and pepper.

Fill cavity with chunks of celery and onion.
Wrap breast good and tight with aluminum foil.

Add 1 cup of water.
Turn to high for about an hour.
Reduce to low and cook all night.
You will have lots of good broth and the turkey breast will be nice and juicy and tender.
Spread 1 slice of bread with dressing.
Top with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce.
Cover with remaining bread slice.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Shake flour in cooking bag and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Brush turkey with oil, sprinkle with seasonings and place in a large size Reynolds oven cooking bag (14 x 20-inch) with nylon tie.
Put carrots, onions and celery inside bag around turkey.
Close bag with nylon tie; make 6 (1/2-inch) slits on top of bag.
Bake for 1 3/4 to 2 3/4 hours.
Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
In large nonstick skillet, combine turkey, onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring and separating turkey as it cooks.
Add celery, tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, paprika and cumin.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up tomatoes.
Add kidney beans, cook 5 minutes longer to heat through.
Wash and clean turkey.
Season to taste.

Place in a roasting pan large enough to cover (or cover tightly with foil).
Add 3 quarts water in roasting pan; cover, bring to a boil and boil 15 minutes. Place in preheated oven (475\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave in oven to steam overnight.
Do not open oven door until morning.

Brown turkey in a skillet.
Drain the fat.
Combine all ingredients with the turkey in a pot on medium heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and cook and stir the onion and celery until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Transfer the vegetables into a large bowl. Mix in the stuffing mix, oysters, melted butter, and seasoning; pour in hot water to desired moistness. If used for stuffing a turkey, stuffing will need less moisture.
PREPARE stuffing mix as directed on package, using only 3 tablespoons butter or margarine. Set aside.
PLACE 1 toast slice on each of six individual plates. Top evenly with turkey, stuffing and gravy.
MICROWAVE to reheat, if desired. Microwave, one serving at a time, on HIGH 30 sec. or just until warmed.

Scoop hot noodles into deep serving bowls; ladle soup on top.
Mix soup and 1/3 cup water; put in 2-quart casserole.
Arrange turkey stuffing and beans in layers on soup.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then beat yolks until thick; fold into whites.
Pile on casserole.
Bake in slow oven (300\u00b0) for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with onions.
Bake 4 to 5 minutes longer.
