Slow the cooking of the butter and the garlic by adding wine. Stir constantly and cook for 1 minute. Add fish fillets and cook until fish flakes apart. Squeeze lemon over fish and serve.
Fry in lemon butter 3 minutes per side, uncovered.
Apply or shake Pacifica blackened seasoning on both sides and cook for approximately 1 minute each side. Serve with rice pilaf and salad of your choice or vegetable.
