Blackened Swordfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    blackened swordfish fillet
    Pacifica blackened seasoning
    rice pilaf
    romaine lettuce
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lemon wedge
Preparation
    Fry in lemon butter 3 minutes per side, uncovered.
    Apply or shake Pacifica blackened seasoning on both sides and cook for approximately 1 minute each side. Serve with rice pilaf and salad of your choice or vegetable.
    For those Cajun cooks, you can shake blackened seasoning on your rice and salad, if you have a spicy tooth.
