Peel and slice apples
Place apples in a greased casserole dish.
Cream butter, sugar and flour.
Add grated or cut up cheese to creamed mixture. Mix well and spread over apples.
Pour milk on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cook all ingredients together in large kettle until thickened; add 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
Fill quart jars 1/3 full with sauce; fill rest of jar with sliced apples.
Process for 20 minutes in hot water.
When cool to touch, turn upside down to make sure all sauce covers apples.
Store in cool dark place. When baking pie, just fill shell with apple mixture and bake. Great for winter treat.
Make 2 crust pie recipe. Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with a few patty size pieces of butter. Bake at 425\u00b0 until fork goes through apples easily.

Use a 13 x 9-inch cake pan greased with butter.
Place apples in dish and pour orange juice over
them.
Set
aside.
Combine flour, sugar, butter, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Mix ingredients.
Will be crumbly.
Pour over apples. Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Let apples and sugar stand overnight.
Pack apples into quart jars tight and seal.
Put jars in cold water bath and bring to a boil.
Shut off the heat.
Let in about 1 hour.
These apples are very good used for pie, apple crisp or just as a sauce with caramel or something over.
Handy to have when in a hurry.
Fry the onions until golden brown, and then remove from pan to a small dish.
Brown meat.
Add molasses, soy sauce, salt and hot water to cover.
Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add celery and simmer another 15 minutes.
Add chop suey vegetables and mushrooms (juice and all).
Simmer until all vegetables and meat are tender. Pour into baking dish and cover with Bisquick Meat Pie Recipe to which has been added a small amount of celery seed.
Make a thin syrup with the sugar and water.
Put quartered apples into weak brine (1 tablespoon salt to each quart of water) until ready.
Drain and drop into boiling syrup.
Cook until transparent (3 to 5 minutes).
Pack into clean, hot glass jars; fill to overflowing with hot syrup.
Seal at once.
You can do 3 or 4 gallons of apples at a time.
Just place about a gallon, then sprinkle 1 cup sugar over them and layer other apples and sugar until you have enough.
For Crust: Combine flour and salt
Mix pudding, jello and milk. Pour into bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. You can also pour into pie crust for pie.
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Beat with wire whisk or spoon for 30 seconds.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, then serve or use for pie filling.
Top with Cool Whip at serving time.
