Set the oven to 200C/375\u00b0F.
In a large bowl mix everything together apart from the cream cheese and grated cheese and put into an ovenproof dish.
Dot the cream cheese, teaspoon by teaspoon evenly in and around the goulash and press down into it (it doesn't have to be too neat).
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour sprinkling the cheese on after the first 30 minutes.
When the cheese is melted and slightly browned it is ready.

Brown the ground beef in a coverable coverable pot or pan.
Add onion and garlic and cook down until onion is translucent.
Add wine and simmer down until evaporated.
Add all the other ingredients (rice, pasta sauce, and broth), cover and simmer/covered for about 25 minutes or until rice is cooked. More broth can be added if necessary.
If halving recipe--I suggest 3/4 cup of wine, 1 full cup of rice and a generous 1 cup of broth.
Beat eggs, thawed broccoli, flour, cottage cheese, margarine and American cheese.
Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until golden brown.
Recipe may be doubled and baked in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
May be mixed ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.

Brown beef, onion, bouillon, salt and pepper in a large frying pan. Drain well.
Add stewed tomatoes, soup, tomato paste and ketchup.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add macaroni, stir and pour into a 2 quart casserole.
Bake covered in 350* oven for 25-30 minutes.
Uncover, place cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
TIP: I freeze the leftover soup and tomato paste in a ziplock bag for my next batch of goulash.
Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain well. Brown meat, onion and pepper.
Add cooked and drained macaroni, seasonings, tomatoes and tomato soup.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Mix crumbs with melted margarine and sprinkle over top.
Grate cheese over top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
In a 6-quart pot (or larger), add water, tomatoes, ground beef, onion and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to boil.
Let simmer 1 hour.
Then add 1/2 cup rice, noodles, potatoes and allspice.
Cook 1/2 hour longer, then last, add diced green pepper.
Cook goulash until pepper is tender.
Cooking time:
