Make the rib sauce first. Mix the rib sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil, simmer on low for 5 minutes.
Then make the chicken sauce. Mix ingredients in large bowl. You don't cook this one.
Here's where the magic happens -- add the two sauces together and stir to combine.

In a large non- stick skillet, cook turkey, onion, mushrooms, green pepper and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
Transfer meat mixture to crock pot.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, ketchup, broth, Worcesteshire sauce, brown sugar, cumin and chili powder. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
Serve over spaghetti.
Whisk all ingredients together in a sauce pan.
Heat just to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes.
Brush on chicken during the last 10-15 minutes of grilling time. Unless you like blackened BBQ chicken, watch closely. Ideally the sauce should caramelize and singe just a bit.

Bottle for use on BBQ Chicken.
Combine ketchup, honey, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, chile-garlic sauce, hot pepper sauce, whiskey, and garlic in a saucepan; cook and stir over medium-high heat until sauce begins to bubble, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.
Combine all the ingredients in a small pot on low heat.
Stir until the mixture is well blended and it is nice and hot. Do not let boil, the sauce will not stay blended properly, or that's what my grandmother told us. :-)
Once the sauce is hot remove from heat and let cool. Pour into a container and refrigerate. Enjoy with your next chicken dinner.

To bake in oven:
Preheat oven AND pizza stone at 425\u00b0F for one hour.
Spread BBQ sauce on pizza dough.
Top with diced chicken breast and jalapenos.
Arrange onions on top.
Sprinkle cilantro over pizza.
Cover with grated mozzarella.
Place in preheat oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Hot pack into pint jars; seal with hot lids and rings.
Set jars upside-down on a thick towel for 15 minutes (set the timer); then put right-side up.
As the jars cool, you'll hear some *kitchen music* which means they've sealed nicely.
Store in a cool dark cellar or cupboard.
