Chocolate Chunk Cookies: Heat
Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with paper liners.
Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar.
Whisk milk, butter, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add milk mixture and mix lightly, until just combined. Do not over-mix. Spoon into prepared muffin pan.
Bake 15-20 mins, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 12 regular or 24 mini muffin cups. In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, baking powder and salt until fluffy.
Beat in eggs.
Stir in flour, alternating with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour until blended.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Place approximately 2 ounces of ham and slice of tomato on toasted muffin.
Mound 1/4 cup rice on tomato and cover with slice of cheese.
Heat and melt cheese in broiler.
Mix all ingredients together. Make sure it isn't too loose. Scoop into muffin tin and bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 15 to 18 minutes.

Beat until moistened well.
Fill muffin pans and bake about 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.

Mix margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add the baking powder to flour.
Mix baking soda and yogurt and when it foams up, add half of it to the creamed mixture along with half the flour. Blend well, then add the rest of the yogurt and the flour mixtures. It will be very thick.
Place in 12-muffin tin and bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Combine the wet ingredients then mix with dry ingredients.
Stir only until combined.
If using fruit, add to batter.
