Chocolate Chunk Cookies: Heat
I had to make a double batch of fudge icing to get the right thickness of icing for this cake. The icing recipe I used was a combination of 2 different recipes.
In saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute Remove from heat. Whisk with an electric mixer, for 2.5 - 3 minutes, or until it thickens enough. Pour over cooled or warm cake. Doubled this for a 9x13.

Mix crumbs with enough melted butter to press into the bottom of a round spring-form pan (a regular pan can be used).
Place in the freezer until firm.
Remove from freeze and fill pan with coffee ice cream, pressing down firmly. Place in freezer again until ice cream is firm.
(This dessert may be made in layers.) Cover with fudge topping (using a warm topping is easier to spread).
Place in freezer to set.
When fudge is hard, cover with whipped topping and serve.

Grease 15 1/2 X 10 1/2 in. pan. Prepare cake following package directions for basic recipe.

Add to dry mixture; blend well. Knead dough slightly with hands to fully mix.
Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Immediately remove from baking sheet.
Cool before frosting. Yields 2 dozen 2-inch cookies.
