Double Fudge Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Basic Batch Mix
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    2 Tbsp. cherry juice
Preparation
    Mix together Basic Batch, cocoa and flour.
    Beat egg with vanilla, cherries and juice.
    Add to dry mixture; blend well. Knead dough slightly with hands to fully mix.
    Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Immediately remove from baking sheet.
    Cool before frosting. Yields 2 dozen 2-inch cookies.
