To make the tangy barbecue relish place all

Rinse chicken halves
Place the apple in a small saucepan with one tablespoon water.
Cook over medium heat until tender but not mushy, about 5 minutes.
Cool completely.
In a large bowl, combine the ham and pepper relish ( \"Red Pepper Relish\" Recipe #239180 ).
Stir in the apple and blend well.
Cover and chill well before serving.
Wash the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
Place each slab of ribs on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and rub well with rib rub.
Seal the foil and place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and place sealed packed in a 275 degree preheated oven.
Cook for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
Baste both sides of ribs with Memphis Barbecue Sauce recipe 99023 and grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Serve with extra sauce and lots of paper towels.
Spray a large roasting pan with Pam.
Wash brisket.
Massage liquid smoke on both sides of brisket.
Massage barbecue sauce on both sides of brisket.
Place meat with fat side up and seal top of pan with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 4 1/2 hours. Check to see if tender or needs a little more time.
Melt butter in saucepan; add green onion and garlic.
Saute. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning and red pepper.
Squeeze lemon over shrimp.
Add barbecue sauce.
Saute 4 to 6 minutes. Don't overcook!

To prepare sausages:
Simmer the sausages for 2- 3 mins in boiling water, well in advance of the barbecue, this will get rid of excess fat and reduce flare-ups.
Tomato Relish:
Simmer all the ingredients over a low heat for 20 - 30 mins., stirring on occasion. Season to taste.
To Barbecue:
Grill the sausage for 5 - 6 mins each side and serve with the relish.
In medium saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, honey, jelly, catsup, water, celery, sugar, relish, mustard and cinnamon.
Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly.
Reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes.
Stir frequently.
Remove from heat; cool.
Store in bottle in refrigerator.
Spread each piece of bread with approximately 2 tablespoons cream cheese, follow with the relish. Then on one slice of bread alternate the Jarlsberg and ham, top with sprouts (now is the time for sunflower seeds if you are using them) and the other slice of cream cheese and relish bread. Try not to \"mush\" it down.
This easily serves 2 for lunch.
It is sort of a copycat from the long gone Perfect Recipe at Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, CA.
Now don't put all of this mixture on the fish.
Just mix together and put in container.
Sprinkle on what you need and keep the rest for another time.
Wrap in tinfoil and place on Barbecue grill.
