Cook sausage, onion and green pepper in a large skillet until sausage browns and crumbles. Drain.
Stir in beans and seasoning mix.
Cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add pepper, pork and beans, kidney beans, lima beans, sugars, catsup, barbecue sauce, pinch of salt and mustard.
Bake in slow oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or slow crock-pot for 3 to 4 hours.

In a Dutch oven cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender.
Drain fat.
In a colander, drain one can of the pork and beans, kidney beans, read beans and lima beans.
Place in the Dutch oven all the beans, the bacon, the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, liquid smoke, salt and pepper.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until thoroughly heated.

Vegetarian Barbecue Beans

Drain excess liquid from beans and dump into casserole dish. Add mustard, barbecue sauce and molasses.
Stir until mustard, sauce and molasses are evenly distributed.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, until beans have \"cooked down.\" Sprinkle with grated cheese and broil until brown.
Sprinkle on crushed red pepper to taste.
(The \"heat\" can also be adjusted by the variety of barbecue sauce used.)
Serves 4 as side dish or two as main dish.

Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs

Wash the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
Place each slab of ribs on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and rub well with rib rub.
Seal the foil and place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and place sealed packed in a 275 degree preheated oven.
Cook for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
Baste both sides of ribs with Memphis Barbecue Sauce recipe 99023 and grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Serve with extra sauce and lots of paper towels.

First brown hamburger meat in skillet.

Let simmer, then add Tabasco sauce, brown sugar and honey.
