Place banana, banana extract, milk, yogurt, and sugar into a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.

Add 8-10 ice cubes (you can add more or less ice to make the smoothie thicker or thinner).
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Taste a small sample to make sure the ice is completely blended - you should not be able to chew on any ice chunks! If there are ice chunks, then you should keep blending it a little longer.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Note: I cut my bananas into slices and put them in a plastic bag. This way I always have ripe banana on hand. These are perfect for smoothies. Use frozen banana up within 2 months.
I use Brad King's Ultimate Fibrelean protein powder, which I like because it has no offensive smell that some of the other powders have.

If cranberry lemonade cannot be found, you can most likely mix lemonade and cranberry juice to a similiar effect.
Blend in the banana.
This recipe makes for a VERY \"potent\" smoothie so if your tastes are more mild you may want to leave out the sugar or use half a kiwi instead of a full one.
Add sugar and enjoy.
Grind oats in a blender into a powder-like consistency. Add ice cubes; pulse until ground. Add banana, avocado, and strawberries; blend until smooth. Pour in carrot juice and yogurt; blend until combined.
