Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the bacon, onion, garlic plus parsley & saute until onion is soft & golden brown.
Add the beans, salt to taste preference & Creole seasoning. Reduce heat to low & cook gently for about 30 min or until beans are soft (Add a sml amt of water if needed to keep the beans from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
HINT: Try pairing these beans w/my also newly entered Creole Meatloaf recipe & your favorite thick mashed potatoes. Yum!

Fry bacon in large pan/skillet and
Mix first 7 ingredients throughly together and pack into a loaf pan.
Next put the strips of bacon on top and bake for an hour at 350F degrees.
While waiting, mix the sauce ingredients together.
After the hour is up, pour and smooth the sauce onto the meatloaf and cook another 15 to 20 minutes. I have sometimes added 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt instead of the salt to the sauce mixture and that is also delicious!
For the Meatloaf, combine all of the ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl combine the beef, eggs, crumbs, ketchup, MSG, water and soup mix. Mix well and spoon mixture into loaf pan. Cover with 2 strips of bacon, then cover with tomato sauce.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
Mix beef, bacon, 1 cup BBQ sauce, onion, bell pepper, Cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Shape into a loaf.
Place meatloaf onto a wire rack. Place the rack into a smoker. Add wood chips according to manufacturer's directions. Smoke until center of meatloaf reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), 3 to 4 hours. Brush the top with remaining BBQ sauce during the last hour of cooking.

MEATLOAF:
Combine all meatloaf ingredients except the milk in
Cut the meatloaf into 1 inch thick slices, once thawed.
Beat the egg and barbecue sauce together.
Crush the Cheez-Its in a plastic bag with your rolling pin.
Dip each slice of meatloaf into the egg and barbecue mixture and then into the cheez-Its.
Fry them in a hot skillet with the vegetable oil.
Cook on each side, approximately 3 minutes, until browned on each side, and hot all the way through.
Top with swiss cheese. And throw em on a bun, and enjoy!

Spread brown sugar into
Saute bacon until it starts to brown. Add onion & apple. Continue to cook until apple & onion begins to carmelize. Combine apple/onion mixture with all other ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Bake in a loaf pan or form into the classic meatloaf shape on a sheet pan & bake at 350F until brown about 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine all ingredients except bacon in a bowl- I just use clean hands to do this.
Form into a loaf in a loaf pan
Top with bacon
Bake for 1 hour

Add bread crumbs til firm texture.
Put in loaf pan and pat down.
Use rest of can of cheddar cheese soup to \"frost\" meat loaf.
Lay strips of uncooked bacon across top.
Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
