Boil couscous in six cups of water; cover, remove from heat, and let stand for 20 to 30 minutes; chill uncovered.
For vinaigrette, place all items, except oil and baby corn, in food processor and drizzle in oil while blending.

Mix couscous, baby corn, vinaigrette, and all other ingredients; chill overnight.
Can be served as a side dish or as a meal.
Serve with fresh pita bread and lettuce.

Pour enough barbecue sauce on the bottom of a large rectangular Pyrex dish so you can spread the sauce around to just cover the bottom.
Place two racks of baby back ribs, side by side, on top of the sauce.
Pour the remaining sauce on top of your ribs.
Note: I used an ovenproof grill pan to prepare this side dish.
Place the baby squash in the grill pan.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add mung beans; cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain. Rinse under cool running water to stop the cooking process. Drain well; transfer to a bowl.
Combine baby carrot and green onion in a small microwave-safe bowl. Cover with water and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drain.
Stir baby carrot and green onion into the bean sprouts in the bowl. Add sesame oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds; mix by hand until combined.

Heat a large sauce-pot over low heat and melt the butter and sugar together until the sugar caramelizes.
Add the carrot sticks to the caramel mixture and stir to coat.
Add the hot broth,cover, and let carrots steam 25-30 minutes over medium-low heat (after 15 minutes, remove the lid so the remaining liquid will evaporate.).
Once the carrots are cooked enough to your liking, whisk in the cream, season to taste, and add the chopped parsley.

Beat eggs, sugar, oil, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well and add the three jars of baby carrot food.
Pour into greased 10 x 15-inch pan.
