Sesame Carrot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    1/2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 tsp. finely grated carrot
Preparation
    Push garlic through press.
    Combine with ginger, stock, soy sauce, honey and seed in a small dish.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High until bubbly, about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
    Toss with cooked broccoli or other vegetables; sprinkle on carrot.
    Serve warm as a side dish or slightly chilled on lettuce as a salad.
    Serves 4.
