Combine soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, 1 tbsp of the oil, garlic and cloves in large bowl. Add pork and turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
For the apple cabbage salad, combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Heat remaining 1 tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook drained pork, in batches, until cooked through and browned on both sides. Serve with salad.
Chop apples.
Stir pudding and pineapple into Cool Whip.
Chop Snickers into bite size pieces.
Add Snickers, apples and nuts to Cool Whip.
Serve cold.

Chop Snickers into small pieces (remember, the less Snickers you use, the healthier the salad). Combine vanilla pudding with milk and mix until smooth.
This should be done in a large bowl.
Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture.
Add Snickers and apples and stir until Snickers and apples are coated.
Chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until thoroughly blended.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Cut Snickers into bite size chunks and add to cream cheese mixture.
Chop the apples into chunks and stir.
Chill 1 hour before serving.
Chilling for a long period of time (such as overnight) will result in liquid being released from the salad.
Mix pudding into whipped topping - stirring well till mixed thoroughly.
Add Snickers and apple pieces to pudding mixture - stir well and chill till ready to serve.
In 2 quart bowl, place apple pieces, snickers bars and cool whip.
Mix well.
Chill for one hour.
Toss together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss with Lemon Poppyseed dressing (recipe follows).
Divide to individual chilled salad plates to serve.
Lemon Poppyseed Dressing:
Process 2/3 cup light olive oil and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week; serve at room temperature.
Start with a big bowl so you have room to mix!
Make sure you remove all the seeds from the apples when you chop them up.
Place them in the bowl first.
Next, add the Snickers bars
Stir in the whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
You can throw in a few maraschino cherries for color.
Cut apples into chunks (peel or not as you wish).
Stir apples into Cool Whip.
Using blender, chop fine Snickers bars (do only 3 to 4 at a time; empty blender and do again).
Stir Snickers into the salad.
Refrigerate and serve the same day.

Garnish with apple slices. Salad is best made and served the same day. Makes 20 servings.
