Take biscuits; pull apart and use 2 layers of a biscuit to wrap each slice of apple.
Melt a stick of oleo.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar all over top.

Melt the margarine in a long baking dish. Mix the flour, Crisco and milk. Roll in a ball and then roll out thin. Spread the apples on dough. Generously sprinkle with apple pie spice. Roll up in a long roll (jelly-type roll) and cut into slices about 1/2 to 3/4-inch and place in dish with margarine, apple side up.
Peel apples and cut in small cubes.
In a deep pan, pour water and mix in tapioca, stirring over low-medium heat until it is completely dissolved.
Add brown sugar, apple pie spice and lemon juice; stir.
Then add apples and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
The apples have to be still a little hard.
